Yellow exclamation mark for the device "Snowflake emulation" under Windows XP: how to fix?

Please help me to resolve this error that is present in the device manager with the famous yellow circle: other peripherals and this word SNOWFLAKE EMULATION. Does anyone know about the existence of this definition? S.O. Windows XP Professional SP3 IE 7 with all updates done. ASUS P5W DH Deluxe, Intel CORE DUO 6400.
