You can install the Recovery Console in Windows XP as a boot option to boot without the CD. Let's see how.
Insert the Windows XP CD into the drive and start from click on Run . We type X: I386 winnt32.exe / cmdcons where X is the letter of our CD player.
Followed a few moments of waiting. Then a pop up window that warns us of the possibility of installing the Recovery Console on your computer. We proceed by clicking Yes .
The system will check the network for updates, then continue the procedure. We do not have to do is wait.
Once you see that there are no updates available, it will begin copying the necessary files to install the console. Just a few moments for it to be completed.
And at the end of the copy here is that we are informed of the correct installation. We close the window with Ok .
