The historic maker of videogames is officially bankrupt: all the group's brands were sold to various companies in the industry, including CryTech, Ubisoft and SEGA, and in a few weeks the brand THQ will cease to exist. It remains to sell Virgil Games, makers of the IP Darksiders.
