Firefox Tab Candy anticipates tomorrow's tabbed browsing

The programmer Aza Raskin has presented a few days a new method of management of cards that could allow Firefox users to better organize the various pages open at once.

The project, called Tab Candy, part from a consideration related to usability. The audience tends to keep open too many links in parallel, and design "side by side tabbed" currently used by various web browsers is quickly becoming impractical to use. The current approach shows in fact the scroll buttons as soon exceeded 15-20 elements, in a situation that quickly becomes confusing and difficult to manage as they open the number of table salt.

Raskin has therefore designed a system that allows the user to split the tabs into groups partially independent. Once you "entered" in one of these categories, the user sees only those cards that belong to you, while all the others are hidden.
