The new Yahoo! Music seems to disappoint the expectations

Yahoo! Music has decided to switch from the nearest music aggregator, completely revolutionizing the interface and interaction with visitors. The change may be a consequence of past crises on the files protected by DRM: Yahoo has in fact had to pay thousands of users to have their service interrupted, making it unusable lot of music files.

Now the portal is back on, but with completely different objectives from the previous ones. After spending a long time as a supplier of music, now Yahoo! Music has become an advertising space more than anything else: a first look at the home page there can be no illusion that the present site contained a large number of its own, but not exactly so.

Despite these many streaming videos completely visible in the specific pages, with some small advertisement at the end of them, most of the links refer to pages of third parties. Opening, for example, any page of an artist or band, we will have a screen full of content, are proper objects within the site, but Yahoo! Music, going on the screen, we notice another endless series of links.
