In view of the menu bar is not displayed by default.
Question :
After formatting, I noticed that the top bar in the folder with file-edit-view and so no longer be viewed ... as the recovery?
Answer :
From an explorer window, top left, click on Organize , choose the voice Layout and check the Menu Bar .
In this way, the menu bar is always visible, but if you need occasionally, you can simply press Alt on your keyboard.
